QUITO STUDIO APARTMENT

An attractive, self-contained studio apartment to rent in the La Floresta district of Quito. It's ten minutes' walk from La Mariscal and with easy access to transport. It's one of the nicest and safest districts in Quito (see the map at the bottom of the page).

The studio is located in the rear of an apartment owned by an English-Ecuadorian couple with three small children. This larger apartment is one of ten in a three-storey apartment block.

The studio includes:

• Independent access from the rear of the block.
• Light and airy feel.
• Kitchenette with electric hobs, fridge, microwave oven and all pots, pans, utensils, etc.
• Bed and mattress.
• Bed linen and towels.
• Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
• Desk with shelf space.
• Good storage space.
• Cleaning service once a month. This can include washing clothes and bedding for an extra charge, if desired.
• 24-hour broadband internet access - both by ethernet cable and wireless.
• Phone (line rental included).
• Shared washing machine and drying area.

Rent is $350 per calendar month, which includes all bills except phone calls. One month's rent deposit is required. Rent payable in advance. Priority given to longer lets.
